Neuven’s achievement at this years Best Companies awards was compounded further by the fact that we were not only a newcomer onto the Best Companies lists – we were ranked 16th best company to work for in our sector, 29th best company in the UK (in our category) and in the top 100 best companies in the North-West Region.
In addition to this, Neuven were also accredited as an ‘Outstanding Organisation’, an accreditation given only to those companies who demonstrate an ‘outstanding commitment to workplace engagement’.
The Best Companies Awards are a nationally recognised and respected scheme. They reward organisations that ‘care about doing things right, that value their people and that understand the importance of a truly engaged workforce’. The accreditation achieved by Neuven was based on an independent employee survey, which was then benchmarked against other similar organisations. In the survey, employees recognised Neuven for our great leadership and our efforts to give back to the community:
- 98% of staff had confidence in the leadership skills of their manager
- 94% of staff had confidence in the leadership skills of the senior management team
- 98% of staff felt that the organisation encouraged charitable activities
