Executive Team – shapes the direction the company takes and makes sure that we stay on course in delivering on all our objectives. Our CEO has over twenty years in the staffing industry and has held Board and CEO/MD positions at some of the larger recruitment companies in the UK. He is closely involved in all aspects of Neuven and ensures that our levels of customer service and quality never drop.
Project Team – is responsible for taking our clients on the Neuven journey, from engagement through to implementation. Led by our Project Manager and by using their combined experience they will smooth even the most difficult implementation by employing careful analysis and guaranteeing clear communication through to account ‘go live’.
Help Desk – will deal with any first line queries from agencies and clients. This can range from simple password queries through to more involved requests for information.
Relationship Team – will provide support after your account has gone live. The team will help with any supply queries that are passed from the Help Desk and will recommend new agency suppliers as required. Any agency queries that can’t be handled by our Help Desk will be resolved quickly by the Relationship Team.
Audit Team – experienced in the medical sector, our Audit Team is also highly regarded in the general recruitment sector. The auditors will provide audits for clinical and non- clinical agencies or for clients wanting to be certain that their suppliers are compliant.
Training Team – our qualified trainers will run courses on a variety of subjects. Standard courses on AWR and Prevention of Illegal Workers are running constantly. Additionally, our team will write bespoke courses to match your needs. We can also run courses in-house.
Legal Team – ensure that our template client and agency agreements are updated and offer maximum protection against legislative and company requirements.
