Neuven are independently certified by a UKAS accredited body to be compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for Quality and Environmental Management (respectively), as well as OHSAS 18001 in relation to Health and Safety. All of Neuven’s certifications have been updated to the latest versions.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no Modern Slavery or Human Trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Neuven also take an active role in ensuring that not only Neuven are protected from Modern Slavery, but Neuven’s clients and supply chains are completely transparent and protected.

We also recognise that our social, economic and environmental responsibilities to these stakeholders are integral to our business. We aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through our actions and within our corporate policies.

MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015

Neuven Solutions remains staunchly committed to preventing modern slavery in our corporate activities, and ensuring, as far as we are able, that our supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. This statement is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and serves to provide an update on activities undertaken by Neuven Solutions.

Neuven warrants that it shall, and that it shall procure that persons associated with it shall:

comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Modern Slavery Act), not take or knowingly permit any action to be taken that would or might cause or lead the Client any of its related persons to be in violation of the Modern Slavery Act;

at the Client’s request, provide the Client with any reasonable assistance to enable it to perform any activity required by any government or agency or any regulatory authority in any relevant jurisdiction for the purpose of complying with the Modern Slavery Act and shall undertake any risk assessments and/or review its policies relating to the Modern Slavery Act; and

have and shall maintain in place throughout the term of this agreement its own policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and will enforce them where appropriate.

Neuven shall ensure that any person associated with Neuven who is performing services and/or providing goods in connection with this agreement does so only on the basis of a written contract which imposes on and secures from such person terms equivalent to those imposed on Neuven in this agreement (the Relevant Terms). Neuven shall be responsible for the observance and performance of the Bribery Act 2010, the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and any other applicable laws, statutes and regulations, by such persons, and shall be directly liable to the Client for any breach by such persons of any of the Relevant Terms.
